Your Beast, an animalistic inhabitant of The City, has been tasked by The Mad King Kilik-Kilik to venture deep into The Bosk, an endless living forest encircling The City. The Bosk contains mysterious locales, vicious creatures, and angry spirits. You cannot deny His request. You either live by the capricious whims of Kilik-Kilik - Vile Jackalope, Grinning Psychopomp - or die amidst the trees;

miniBosk is a one-page RPG created for the One-Page RPG Jam 2024! It is also a condensed playable version of a project of mine currently in development called BoskAge. This one-page game is an opportunity to test out some concepts I wanted to play with as part of the larger game in progress, so any and all feedback is appreciated! The setting of miniBosk is heavily inspired by a strange marriage between Mork Borg, Watership Down, and multiple other indie RPGs. The ruleset allows for the creation of your Beast, equipping them with gear and abilities, rules for combat and resolution, and a generator for a mission and a map.

I plan on expanding or updating this ruleset as I get more opportunities for playtesting, but with my own testing so far, I feel like it's in a presentable state. And of course, thank you so much for taking a look!
